Notice of Copyright Infringement

RKO Live TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Our Policy

RKO Live TV is an aggregation platform that indexes publicly available streaming links from third-party sources. We do not host, store, upload, or transmit any copyrighted content. All streams are embedded from or link to external third-party websites. We rely on the safe harbor provisions of the DMCA for user-generated content and third-party links.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been made available through our Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material on our Site (e.g., the URL or page where the content appears).
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Site for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
